All of our shoes are handmade to order, with a production time of approximately 3–7 business days.
We are committed to ensuring each order is carefully crafted and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU Region: 6–9 business days

  • USA: 6–9 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • Australia: 6–9 business days

For other international destinations, the average delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our operating center, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after the email is sent. During this time, tracking information may not be immediately available, so we kindly ask that you check again later.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We cover standard duties and import taxes for most orders. However, any additional customs charges imposed by the destination country or region may be the responsibility of the customer.
